JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions.

  2. Works in close cooperation with the Operation Kitchen/Baking and Outlet, Marketing and Logistic for the orders and pullout.

  3. Deliver the food orders in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Follow the planned delivery routed.

  5. Ensure the receipt for the food is handed over to the outlet staff with the Delivery receipt signed. "No DR , No Delivery" policy is enforced, making drivers accountable for items received.

  6. All pull out items are endorsed to the receiving dispatcher on duty.

  7. Submit daily trip reports to the Supervisor by the end of the shift.

  8. Attends training sessions as per schedule by the management.

  9. Conducts a proper handover during shift change.

  10. Flexible to work in other areas when required by the immediate head.

  11. Flexible with the shifting work schedule.

  12. Responsible for the renewal of RFID.

  13. Creates good relationships with the outlet staff, other delivery drivers and colleagues.

  14. Ensures a pleasant appearance (condition of uniforms) and proper grooming.

  15. Observes the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicles.

  16. Inspect service vehicle is in good running condition at the start of shift (opening or closing) using daily checklist.

  17. Understands the route of the delivery and abide the traffic rules. Traffic fines will be borne by the colleague.

  18. Look after the food quality and ensure the good condition of the food upon delivery.

  19. Refers outlet staff complaints directly to the immediate person in-charge.

  20. Responsible to report any incident happened during the delivery time.

  21. Communicate any issued or delays and resolve problems efficiently.

  22. Attends all meetings and briefing sessions to maintain open communication within the assigned team.

  23. Maintaining a good driving record.

  24. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

  25. Ensure the "Clean As you GO" in areas.
