  • Job description:

Handling Accounts Payable:

  • Processing invoices and allocating costs correctly.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals for invoice payments.
  • Cost reconciliations.
  • Resolving any payment discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist in preparation of all the reporting required and requested by management

Managing Accounts Receivable:

  • Generating and sending customer invoices.
  • Tracking and recording customer payments.
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconciling accounts receivable.

Maintaining Financial Records:

  • Recording financial transactions.
  • Organising and maintaining accounting files and records.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers, addressing any discrepancies that arise.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Assisting with Financial Reporting:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Compiling and analysing financial data for management review.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborating with the finance team on special projects or initiatives.
  • Providing support and information to assist in decision-making processes.

Ensuring Compliance and Adherence to Policies:

  • Following accounting policies and procedures.
  • Staying updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

Work Experience, Skills, Education and Other Expectations

  • 3-4 years of combined accounting experience on both AP and AR
  • Graduated with a degree in Accounting or similar course
  • Has hands-on experience in the use of accounting software JOBPAC or similar platforms
  • Has advances Excel skills
  • Preferably from a construction, cleaning, property management, manufacturing, or similar industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga, this is NOT a WFH role
  • Willing to work on a 6am to 3pm shift, Mondays to Fridays
