team, supporting the AWS-powered infrastructure behind local government and school ERP systems. This role combines internal service desk support with hands-on exposure to cloud operations, automation, and DevOps best practices, perfect for technical support professionals who want to advance into cloud engineering.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve internal service desk tickets related to AWS-hosted environments.
  • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and application issues.
  • Document solutions in Confluence and manage tasks in Jira.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain cloud system reliability.
  • Learn and assist in AWS automation, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Service desk or technical support background.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira & Confluence.
  • Interest or basic skills in AWS, Linux/Windows administration, Bash/Python scripting.
