Seeking a Senior Data Engineer (10+ years' experience) to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and delivering reports and visualizations for stakeholders using a variety of reporting tools and data sources.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm CST

Modality
: 100% on site in Manila

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes (Snowflake, Azure SQL, CData).
  • Create, manage, and deliver reports and dashboards for stakeholders using SSRS and Power BI.
  • Develop reports with Crystal Reports and Visual Studio Report Designer.
  • Work with SQL Server, ODBC, and XML data sources.
  • Write and optimize complex stored procedures.
  • Collaborate with accounting, tax, and payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Integrate data flows between PrismHR and internal systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and document technical workflows.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in data engineering or related field.

Required Skills

  • Advanced skills in SSRS, Snowflake, Azure SQL, Power BI, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with Report Builder, Crystal Reports and Visual Studio Report Designer.
  • Experience with SQL Server, ODBC, and XML data sources.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and BigQuery.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and payroll processes.
  • Experience in the PEO industry and with PrismHR.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Cloud-based data architecture and integration.
  • Data governance and compliance standards.
  • Background in finance or HR systems.
