Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling vehicles (cars and trucks) to individual and corporate clients. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate sales through showroom walk-ins, cold calls, referrals, online inquiries, and corporate accounts.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable vehicles (cars or trucks) based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and value.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper documentation, loan processing, and coordination with finance and insurance partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models.
- Assist in showroom displays, sales events, marketing activities, and roadshows.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service and parts departments when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry (cars, trucks, or heavy equipment) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of financing options, leasing, and vehicle registration processes.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
