We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our IT team and help design, build, and support scalable software solutions aligned with strategic business goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys working across the full SDLC and collaborating with cross-functional teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, test, and debug high-quality software solutions
  • Take ownership of system design and integration decisions
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, and project teams to define technical and functional requirements
  • Ensure solutions follow industry best practices and meet performance standards
  • Deliver new application capabilities and resolve system issues
  • Contribute to project planning, timelines, and effort estimation
  • Analyze feasibility, cost, timelines, and system compatibility
  • Ensure reliability and performance of mission-critical applications
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on .NET development experience
  • Strong experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Expertise in core .NET concepts (multithreading, generics, serialization, thread pools)
  • Experience building Web Services and APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL)
  • Strong knowledge of API authentication and authorization
  • Experience deploying APIs and applications in Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server, including performance tuning
  • Experience using Dapper for database access
  • CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, deploying to Azure App Services or AKS
  • Front-end experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and React
  • Proficient with Visual Studio and VS Code
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Docker, container orchestration, or Kafka
  • Background in healthcare or insurance systems
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Azure Application Insights
  • Ability to perform under pressure and support critical systems
  • Flexibility to work outside business hours when needed
