Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and performant .NET solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Build and optimize SQL Server queries and database objects, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop and enhance front-end components using React and TypeScript, ensuring responsive and maintainable UI design.
  • Collaborate with global HELIX and ESSPI teams in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date user stories and tasks in JIRA, reflecting sprint progress and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough pre-QA validation, defect identification, and troubleshooting prior to release.
  • Submit and manage pull requests, handle code merges, and support software release cycles.
  • Investigate and resolve defects reported by QA teams and end users, taking ownership through resolution.
  • Proactively communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Support service continuity through monitoring, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Continuously expand understanding of business processes and IT systems relevant to the platform.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, system updates, and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and informal training to junior developers and analysts.
  • Perform additional development or support tasks as required by the project or organization.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
  • 5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET (Core and/or Framework).
  • 4+ years of hands-on SQL Server experience, including complex query development, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
  • Strong front-end development expertise using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and (minimum 2 years), with component-based architecture and modern state management.
  • At least 1 year of TypeScript experience building scalable and strongly typed React applications.
  • 2+ years of Git experience, including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
  • Hands-on Agile experience (minimum 1 year), working in sprint-based, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong command of software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing strategies (unit/integration), code reviews, and version control discipline.
  • Solid understanding of web fundamentals, including HTTP protocols, RESTful APIs, response handling, and API integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of .NET engineering standards, including SOLID principles, dependency injection, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Excellent English communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and producing structured technical documentation.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and awareness of modern development trends and tools.
