Dining Supervisor

The Dining Supervisor (Contractual) is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily dining operations to ensure efficient service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with established standards. The role provides guidance to dining staff, oversees service flow, and ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area during the contract period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, assign, and monitor dining staff to maintain quality service and professional conduct.
• Ensure proper seating arrangements, timely service, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure accuracy and timeliness of food and beverage service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to relay service updates, assignments, and reminders to staff.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist in monitoring dining supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
• Support training and orientation of newly hired contractual dining staff.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course is an advantage.
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in dining service standards, customer service, and safety practices.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
