Treasury Head

The Treasury Head plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the effective management of funds, budgeting, and sales accountability across all stores. This position oversees the Store Officers for Counter and Budget & Treasury Officers, ensuring accurate cash handling, fund reporting, and financial control aligned with company standards.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and coordination with branch operations to support business stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all Store Officers for Counter and Budget & Treasury Officers across branches.
• Oversee daily sales remittances, deposits, and fund reconciliations from stores.
• Manage company-wide cash flow, fund allocation, and disbursement planning.
• Consolidate and monitor store and head office budgets, ensuring spending is within approved limits.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales, treasury, and fund reports submitted by stores.
• Establish and implement standard procedures for cash handling, safekeeping, and reporting.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department for proper recording and reconciliation of branch transactions.
• Evaluate and improve internal controls to prevent discrepancies and losses.
• Provide financial insights and periodic reports to management on fund status and budget performance.
• Support branch audits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related course.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in treasury, budgeting, or financial operations, ideally in a retail or multi-branch organization.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; must be able to lead and train store-based officers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
