As our new HR Partner, you'll be responsible for delivering key HR services across our Gold Coast and Philippine offices, with a strong focus on onboarding and people operations. While recruitment support may be needed occasionally, your primary responsibilities will involve onboarding, maintaining documentation, supporting HR operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring consistency across all processes.

You'll also provide executive and personal assistance to the CEO when the Business Manager is away.

Onboarding & Offboarding (Core Focus)

• Lead onboarding for new team members across both the Gold Coast and PH teams
• Ensure all documents, systems access, training, and orientation are completed efficiently and accurately
• Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final documentation
• Maintain an exceptional employee experience through every step of the onboarding journey

Recruitment Support (When Necessary)

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews as needed
• Post roles across platforms like Seek and LinkedIn when required
• Ensure recruitment activities align with company values and culture

HR Operations & Documentation

• Keep employee records up to date and compliant
• Coordinate leave and attendance tracking
• Support regular reviews and updates of SOPs, policies, and HR documentation

Vendor & BPO Communication

• Liaise with vendors to manage payroll, training, and general HR support for the PH team
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service

Internal Team & Leadership Support

• Act as the go-to HR contact for both teams, helping resolve staff issues or inquiries
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across the leadership team, PH team, and vendors
• Promote alignment and smooth collaboration between all stakeholders

Executive Assistance (As Needed)

• Provide calendar and travel management support to the CEO during the Business Manager's absence
• Assist with ad hoc personal and administrative tasks when required

Systems & Tools Management

• Oversee usage and troubleshooting for key internal platforms
• Manage tool credits and ensure systems are operating smoothly
• Use Canva to design job posts for LinkedIn and other platforms

• Strong experience in onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of recruitment practices (used occasionally)
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Organised and efficient with strong time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience managing vendor relationships and BPO coordination
• Proficiency in Canva, LinkedIn, , SignalHire, Sprout, and similar tools
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently across time zones
