About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations and a proven track record in the retail industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and organizational growth.
Key Qualifications
- Graduate of a Human Resource Management or related course
- Minimum of 3* years' experience in retail* industry
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, compliance, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives
- Handle payroll administration and benefits management
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
