About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations and a proven track record in the retail industry. Key Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Human Resource Management or related course
  • Minimum of 3* years' experience in retail* industry
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, compliance, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives
  • Handle payroll administration and benefits management
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
