About the role

Atlas Manpower Exponents Company Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their virtual call centre team. This is a full-time role based in Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work from home. No prior call centre experience is required as full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests, from troubleshooting to order processing
  3. Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  4. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  5. Proficiency in using various computer systems and software
