Selenium - Quality Engineer (Hybrid)

As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies, creating automated test scripts, and participating in code reviews. You will also monitor and report defects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts throughout the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Participate in the design and implementation of testing strategies.

- Monitor testing processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

- Assist in the configuration of test environments and data.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Selenium.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Java Full Stack Development.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Experience in creating and maintaining automated test frameworks.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.

Shift Schedule: 8pm- 7am

Work Set up: Hybrid
