Type of Employment: Full time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to the organization's product.

  • Conduct training sessions to improve individual skills and overall organizational performance.

  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.

  • Ensure all training materials and references are up to date.

  • Communicate with the Project Managers and attend project specific meetings.

  • Evaluate individual and team performance and identify and provide training needs and feedback as needed.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of quality policies, standards and processes.

  • Coordinate and calibrates with the support team regularly to ensure timely delivery of client feedback and rectification of common errors.

  • Assess and evaluate individual agent performance and qualification for project allocation assignments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent teaching skills.

  • Must have good interpersonal skills.

  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.

  • Must have extensive knowledge about the product.

  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Good time management habits.

  • Able to explain technicalities in layman's term

  • Previous relevant working experience
