About the role

Good Pastry Café in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Guard to join our team. As a full-time Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our café premises and ensuring the wellbeing of our customers and staff.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring the café's entrance and exit points to control access and prevent unauthorised entry Conducting regular patrols of the café's interior and exterior to identify and address any potential security risks or hazards Responding promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies that may occur Maintaining detailed records and logs of all security-related activities and occurrences Liaising with local law enforcement authorities as necessary Providing a visible and reassuring security presence to customers and staff

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities A keen eye for detail and the ability to be vigilant at all times A valid security guard license or certification Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures
