Job Description

As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You'll execute manual testing, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and continuous improvement across projects.

The Qualifications We Seek

Skills & Experience:

• Mid Level: 1-2 years of testing experience
• Senior Level: 4+ years of testing experience, including 2 years in a lead/sub-lead role
• Strong understanding of Agile QA processes and software testing principles
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus
• Experience or knowledge in test automation and Playwright is an advantage
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Certifications/Licenses:

• None required

Your Daily Tasks

• Analyze user stories and define test scope and acceptance criteria
• Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Identify, log, and track software defects
• Ensure traceability between test cases, user stories, and defects
• Generate TCER reports and communicate QA status effectively
• Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Perform other duties as assigned.
