We are building a premium team of high-calibre operators who can step directly into complex client environments and bring structure, clarity, and momentum from day one. The Virtual Hub Philippines is launching an Elite Track—a role for experienced professionals who have led teams, managed demanding projects, supported executives, and delivered under pressure.

If you've worked as a project manager, account manager, operations supervisor, healthcare BPO RN, engineer, senior BPO specialist, or in cross-functional roles where you've handled clients, coached teams, or built systems, this role is designed for your level.

This is not entry-level. This is where mature, capable business operators thrive.

Why This Role Exists

Our global clients depend on us to stabilise their operations, manage deliverables, and keep workflows moving across multiple business functions. They expect strong communication, structured thinking, and excellent judgment—not basic admin.

You will work directly with founders, CEOs, COOs and senior teams. You will need to understand how their entire business works, coordinate across departments, and keep execution aligned when priorities shift or workloads spike.

You won't just assist.

You'll operate at a high level.

A package of up to ₱75,000/month (night shift) based on experience and capability.

What You'll Do

You'll bring structure and operational excellence into fast-moving international businesses.

Business & Operational Coordination

  1. Understand how the business operates and support key leaders
  2. Assist founders/CEOs & executives with cross-functional execution
  3. Keep projects stable and in flow during workload fluctuations

Project & Workflow Management

  1. Manage timelines, deliverables, trackers, and task ownership
  2. Translate messy inputs into organised workflows
  3. Set clear priorities when everything feels urgent
  4. Flag risks early and keep work moving

Client Communication & Leadership Support

  1. Prepare reports, dashboards, agendas, and weekly updates
  2. Communicate with clarity, confidence, and calm
  3. Handle escalations and last-minute changes professionally
  4. Support internal and client teams to maintain alignment

Systems Support & Digital Execution

  1. Maintain CRMs and workspace tools (ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  2. Build and refine SOPs, QA checklists, and documentation
  3. Support ecommerce, email marketing, campaign coordination, analytics
  4. Assist with automation tasks (Zapier / no-code tools)

Executive-Level Coordination

  1. Advanced calendar management across multiple time zones
  2. Scheduling for founders and leadership teams
  3. Coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings
  4. Managing sensitive or high-stakes commitments

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  1. Guide team members through blockers or new processes
  2. Help new hires ramp quickly
  3. Prevent burnout by managing workload distribution
  4. Encourage collaboration and open communication

You will be the stabilising force in a fast-paced environment—and the person everyone relies on when things become complex.

Who Thrives in This Role

Professionals with:

  1. A college degree (Nursing, Engineering, Business, IT, Marketing, or similar)
  2. Excellent English communication skills
  3. At least 7-10 years relevant experience
  4. At least 2 years of stable night-shift experience
  5. At least 3 years experience in mid to large corporate environments.
  6. Proven experience in one or more of:

  7. Project/Program Management

  8. Client/Account Management
  9. Operations Leadership
  10. Healthcare BPO (RN/Clinical Ops)
  11. Engineering/Technical Operations
  12. Senior BPO roles (SME, QA, WFM, Trainer)
  13. High-pressure composure
  14. Strong systems thinking
  15. Ability to learn tools quickly
  16. Ownership and accountability
  17. Full dedication (no side gigs)
