Responsibilities:

• Delivery of the required Fourth solution integrations as part of the implementation process, working with third parties to understand the scope of any interface and delivery of the associated files
• Maximising user adoption and return on investment for Fourth's customers; expanding user adoption of Fourth Solutions through consultation and best practice advice
• Create and maintain a library of internal and customer facing technical documentation to support best practice implementation
• Understanding Fourth's core solutions in detail, particularly the purpose and use of the data that exists in each.
• Interacting with customers and 3rd parties to scope and build new solutions.
• Designing and building reusable integration templates against Fourth's integration APIs.
• Integrations with third party vendors via one of the available integration standards, understanding the integration in conjunction with the core purchasing and inventory Fourth solution
• Documenting and handing over completed integrations to Live Support representatives.
• Supporting live integrations.
• Diagnosing potential defects and providing additional levels for triage for professional services
• Deploying completed integrations to the production environment.
• Data integration, mapping and transformation including XSLT.
• Data validation and error handling

Qualification and requirements:

• Experience consulting with Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
• Analytical thinking and ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.
• Fluent in oral and written English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines
• Focused, with a high attention to detail
• You are analytical, logical, organized, and creative with problem solving skills
• You must be comfortable working in a team environment yet confident enough to achieve your results in an independent manner.
• Working with structured data (XML, JSON) and flat file formats (CSV)
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• High level of Excel knowledge

• Simple Trade Experience
• Focused, with a high attention to detail
• You are analytical, logical, organized, and creative with problem solving skills
• You must be comfortable working in a team environment yet confident enough to achieve your results in an independent manner.
• Working with structured data (XML, JSON) and flat file formats (CSV)
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• • High level of Excel knowledge
