Front-End Web Application Developer (React)

Location: Makati (Hybrid – 2x/week onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid-Level (2–5 years)

About the Role

We're hiring a Front-End Developer to help build a new enterprise-grade web application from the ground up. You'll work closely with product managers and UX designers to shape the front-end architecture, write clean and scalable code, and implement agile development practices. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front-end design and development using React and modern frameworks
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams to define technical solutions
  • Apply agile practices including CI/CD, TDD, and code reviews
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across environments
  • Maintain clean, well-documented code and contribute to technical documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of front-end development experience
  • Strong skills in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Proven experience building high-performance web applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Familiarity with agile teams and CI/CD workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with payment systems, reservations, CMS, or data platforms
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps tools
