We're looking for a Sales & Operations Associate to help scale Blitz Bar and be at the forefront of the healthy snacking movement in the Philippines. Over the past 5 months we have grown 60% monthly and reached over 100+ partner locations. We are looking for someone to supercharge this growth by winning new accounts and helping lead its next phase.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how to build and run a company from the ground up — and eventually help lead it. You'll work directly with the founders across all areas of the business and take full ownership of high-impact growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage distribution partnerships with gyms, cafés, and alternative channels
  • Drive sales growth through in-gym activations and promotional campaigns
  • Oversee product expansion and testing by tracking performance and gathering feedback
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with gym communities and fostering strong partner and customer connections
  • Lead and improve day-to-day operations across logistics, inventory, sales, and partner management
  • Manage operations including inventory, deliveries, and sales reporting to ensure smooth partner relationships

  • Smart, driven, and resourceful — someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience in sales, growth, startups, business ops, consulting, venture capital, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and execution skills; able to simplify complexity and move fast
  • Leadership potential and a bias toward taking ownership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to get hands dirty to solve problems
