Position: Underwriter/Tax Reviewer (8 headcount)
Location: Two Ecom, MOA, Pasay, Philippines
Work setup & shift: [Onsite - Mondays to Fridays | Night Shift]

Your role

As an Underwriter , you will:

Summary: The Underwriter will conduct a tax account review as well as a complete financial analysis to draft all resolution options to ensure the best collection resolution.

Account Review
- Reviewing the accuracy of the client's tax grid and updating it by requesting a compliance call as necessary.

Financial Analysis (determining disposable income for the client)
- Calculate client's income using provided paystubs/P&L/tax return information etc
- Calculate necessary tax withholdings for federal and state taxes (as applicable)
- Reviewing and determining allowable client expenses

Drafting Collection Resolution Options
- based on the tax grid and financial analysis determine what collection resolution options are available for the client
- input these options into the system

Other responsibilities:
- Collaborate regularly with various teams to deliver the best possible outcomes
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

What You Need:

  • Relevant work experience

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving

  • Solid arithmetic skills (basic statistics)

  • Attention to detail Effective time management skills
