VIP CS Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a VIP Host Telemarketing. You will be responsible for providing personalized service to VIP clients, driving sales, managing events, cold-calling customers, and planning promotional activities. You will also be expected to maintain excellent relationships with our clients and provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong social skills, a positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to travel if necessary.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and cross-sell VIP services to existing clients.
- Plan and execute successful VIP events, including coordinating with internal teams and managing guest lists, and ensuring the success of each event.
- Conduct cold-calls to potential customers and follow-up with existing clients to maintain satisfaction, address any issues, and enhance their experience.
- Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and other communication channels and provide prompt and accurate information.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and improve brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and tactics to improve the VIP customer experience.
- Deliver personalized service to VIP clients and build strong relationships with them to enhance.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints with utmost confidentiality at all times.
- Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Performing any other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree holder from a recognized institution
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and internal stakeholders
- Positive attitude, proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong social skills, professional demeanor, and outgoing personality
- Willingness to travel when required
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Computer literate and familiar with basic office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Business Administration, Mass communication or a related field
- Prior quality assurance and/or monitoring.
- Previous call center/BPO experience.
- Working experience related to gaming and entertainment industry
