Job Description:

  • Welcome and engage customers in stores or events.
  • Demonstrate Apple products and explain their features in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Recommend devices and accessories suited to customer needs and budget.
  • Meet and exceed daily or monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain attractive, well-organized product displays.
  • Keep track of stock levels and request replenishment when needed.
  • Submit simple sales reports and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or higher (College preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or promotions (electronics/gadgets an advantage).
  • Familiar with Apple products and basic technical terms.
  • Energetic, approachable, and persuasive communicator.
  • Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Flexible to work in malls, stores, or events, including weekends and holidays.
