What You'll Do
As Vice President of Strategy and Operations, you will be entrusted with building the operational backbone of a new client support services division in Manila. Your daily focus will be on guiding your team to deliver outstanding technical processing services for premiums and claims while ensuring fiduciary responsibilities are managed with precision. By working hand-in-hand with regional leaders across Asia Pacific, you will help harmonise support strategies that guarantee seamless service delivery for clients. Your ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships will be essential in resolving complex issues efficiently. Success in this role means not only meeting but exceeding service standards through disciplined management practices underpinned by data insights. - Establish a strong operational foundation for the new client support services hub in Manila by designing effective processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a growing team of professionals dedicated to providing technical processing of premium and claims as well as fiduciary balance management.
- Collaborate closely with regional leaders across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and other APAC locations to align strategies and deliver consistent, high-quality client service.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders throughout the region to understand their needs, resolve challenges promptly, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Ensure all service level agreements are met by maintaining rigorous operational discipline supported by data-driven monitoring and decision-making tools.
- Leverage people, process improvements, and technology enhancements to continuously elevate the client experience and add measurable value.

- At least 10 years' proven experience in managerial roles within an operations hub environment, demonstrating responsibility for large-scale teams or divisions.

- Exceptional commercial acumen paired with a deep understanding of business drivers relevant to client support services.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering superior client service outcomes through empathetic communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading diverse teams—including recruitment, mentoring, performance management—and fostering knowledge sharing across functions.
- Ability to navigate multicultural environments effectively while building consensus among geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable for this senior position.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with the ability to maximise digital tools for operational efficiency.
