SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare regular cash position reports for the company including affiliate company report
  • Prepare periodic Cash Plan
  • Make recommendations for cash use and disbursements
  • Handle daily banking transactions, including preparation of deposit, payment, and withdrawal slips (as necessary), including updating passbooks and securing bank statements.
  • Ensure that all deposits and check releases are recorded in both physical and digital means
  • Ensures that all attachments related to collections are properly filed (i.e., deposit slips, summary of invoices paid, BIR Form 2307 and official receipts (ORs)
  • Reconcile bank statements with GL balances including related clearing accounts
  • Ensure that all treasury files are complete and kept in an orderly manner
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be required

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in cash management principles, banking systems and processes, banking relationships and covenants
  • Knowledgeable of cash handling systems and processes as well as accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with the procedures, practices, and legal obligations of a finance department
