Job Description
Job Purpose
Secure client confidence by developing and maintaining digital solutions, publishing content and editing materials to the required format of various digital platforms; foster and maintain excellence across assigned projects/initiatives; and ensure optimal and harmonious resource utilization and cross-functional relationships within the assigned creative and business unit teams.

Duties And Responsibilities
Portfolio Management

  • Contribute to the health of the business portfolio by executing content for the brand's digital assets.

Systems and Processes

  • Contribute to improvements of systems, tools, processes, and practices that will enhance the Agency's resource management capabilities and allow for the delivery of superior products and services. (Faster. Better. Cheaper.)
  • Contribute to efficiencies by ensuring processes are followed and approvals are secured before the implementation of any digital content.
  • Maintain good time management practices by delivering work within agreed-upon timelines.

Results-Orientedness and High Collaboration

  • Help foster a culture of accountability, total project ownership ("roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude) and high collaboration across functional teams.

Learning and Development

  • Foster a culture of self-propelled learning and development thru digital upskilling and continuous self-learning of new advertising platforms and digital creation tools.
  • Help educate and equip other team members by sharing relevant and up-to-date digital design best practices through timely updates or learning sessions.

Client Insight

  • Act as a digital expert by outlearning client and team members on digital trends, tools, and formats; and by recommending digital executions that meet both clients' and agency's business objectives.

Superior Work

  • Work with the lead creative team in efficiently executing digital marketing solutions, which include: Content development (static & dynamic posts, social videos, etc.), brand playbooks, digital displays, and executions specific to web and mobile platforms.
  • Obtain superior proficiency on creative programs in the Adobe system, as well as other creative solutions for content development, web design, video production, and generative A.I. tools.
  • Help implement and maintain systems and initiatives that foster an environment that champion the Core Values of the Agency
  • Foster and champion an environment of respectful candor that proactively addresses potential and active roadblocks in delivering superior work on-time
