We are currently searching for a skilled Front-End & Web Developer / UX/UI Designer to join our team on a remote basis. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly web applications while ensuring optimal user experience. This is a remote position open to candidates globally.

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling and functional web applications with a focus on user experience
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements and design objectives
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
  • Implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Conduct user research and usability studies to refine designs
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in front-end development and UX/UI design
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across platforms
  • Execute the latest industry technologies for innovative designs and functionalities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer and/or UX/UI Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web development projects and design work
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, )
  • Must have expert Webflow experience — ability to build and manage full websites, animations, and CMS structures
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to produce responsive designs and lightweight applications
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
  • Understanding of SEO principles for web applications
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and guidelines
  • Experience with animation and multimedia design is also a plus
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively
  • Registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) - This can be arranged at point of job offer.
