Job Purpose:

Leads the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVLS fans, Solatube systems, HVAC systems, and related electrical works. Supervises technical teams and ensures that all projects meet quality, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

· Licensed Electrical Engineer (board passer preferred).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in HVLS installation, troubleshooting, and electrical works.

· In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, and maintenance protocols.

· Skilled in electrical Design, wiring, load calculations, and system diagnostics.

· Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

· Knowledge of safety codes and standards (e.g. FDAS, etc.).

· Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.

· Willing to travel and handle fieldwork as needed.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair activities for HVLS, Solatube, and other company products.

· Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical malfunctions.

· Prepare and review electrical designs and plans related to projects.

· Train and mentor technicians to improve their technical skills and performance.

· Prepare service reports, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.

· Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational protocols.

· Provide technical consultation and customer support during installations and inspections.

· Recommend improvements and upgrades for systems and processes.
