KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct time and motion studies to identify process gaps and efficiency issues.
  2. Recommend and implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methods.
  3. Document and standardize SOPs across warehouse and transport operations.
  4. Track progress of improvement initiatives and assist in project implementation.
  5. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet project milestones.
  6. Support system improvements (WMS/TMS) and operational data analysis.
  7. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and productivity.
  8. Provide insights to reduce losses, optimize performance, and guide strategy.
  9. Promote continuous improvement culture through training and process reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  3. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen (certification preferred).
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  6. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
