WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Dispatch Accuracy – You'll make sure all approved vehicle requests are sent out on time with the right driver and ride.
  • Trip Schedule Management – Stay on top of trip calendars using dispatch tools (yes, Lark too).
  • Driver Coordination – Be the go-to person for all things driver-related. Delays? Concerns? You're on it.
  • Fleet Utilization – Help us maximize every vehicle and avoid downtime.
  • Docs & Reports – Keep accurate records of trips, fuel, and incident reports (yes, receipts included).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably within Manila or Makati.
  • You've got solid time management and org skills
  • Can speak and write in English & Tagalog fluently
  • Knows your way around MS Excel, Google Sheets, or fleet tracking tools
  • Can stay calm and prioritize even when it gets hectic
  • Strong attention with details and solving problems
  • Open to working shifts, weekends, holidays
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a corporate or similar setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
