What You'll Do
  • Lead on-the-ground efforts — meeting with educators, school heads, and key decision-makers. This is a field-based role.
  • Promote and sell EduQuest's LMS and digital learning solutions to schools and institutions.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partners.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with administrators, educators, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and consultations to showcase EduQuest's value.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies and hit sales targets.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and stay updated with trends in the education and EdTech industry.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the education or EdTech sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly driven, target-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing and able to travel for client meetings, school visits, and events.
