Job description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Isabela, Philippines (Relocation assistance available)
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

  • Provide direct therapy services, including fine motor, sensory integration, and behavioral strategies.

  • Educate clients and their families on therapeutic strategies and exercises to be carried out at home.

  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including teachers, other therapists, and healthcare providers.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the Philippines.

  • At least 1 year of experience in pediatric or general therapy settings (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of various therapy modalities, including sensory integration, fine motor skills development, and behavior modification.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in helping others.
