Job Type : Full-time (On-site)

Job Description :

  1. Multimedia Content Creation: Creation of visual and video assets using AI tools such as Stable Diffusion and Comfy UI
  2. Image Data Preprocessing: Creating datasets for AI model training through image preprocessing and refinement
  3. Post-Production & Enhancement:Advanced editing and refinement of AI-generated assets using tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  4. Prompt Engineering & Optimization:Developing sophisticated prompt structures and maintaining prompt libraries for high-quality results
  5. Comprehension with any version of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
  6. Should have a seamless communication with immediate supervisors (will be coordinating with teams based in Korea for delegation of work).
  7. Make an immediate revision when assigned.
  8. Perform any other related duties that the company deems necessary.

Job Requirement :

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  2. Communicate and work effectively in English.
  3. Highly skilled in drawing/illustration using Adobe Photoshop.
  4. Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro.
  5. Demonstrated interest in generative AI tools in a minimum of two areas, such as text, image, or video generation.
  6. Excellent eye for design and storytelling to select, enhance, and shape AI-generated outputs.

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Enjoys webtoon and comic content.
  2. Proactive in collaboration and communication .
  3. Works quickly and actively proposes ideas and improvements.
  4. Experience in video production using AI tools.
  5. Preferably a manga/manhwa reader.
  6. With strong enthusiasm & passion for exploring new ways of creating content using AI.
  7. Individuals who actively learn the latest AI creation technologies and apply them in practical work

Languages : Fluency in English

Salary : Php 20,000 to 25,000 / month

Skills : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Drawing, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

Working Hours : 9AM ~ 6PM (Monday ~ Friday)

Working Area : Bonifacio Global City. Taguig, Manila, Philippines
