This position serves as the visual and graphics arm of the Marketing Department providing branding visual graphics for all store/brand campaigns for all platforms (online and offline).

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize and create artwork based on store requirements.
  • Create realistic mock-ups for store posters, social media graphics, billboards, banners, inflatables, and special executions
  • Creation of Collateral Design
  • Generate original, visually appealing designs.
  • Stay updated on new media formats and learn how to incorporate them into campaigns.
  • Stay current with design trends and implement new techniques and technologies into your work.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, mobile, and video for social media and brand promotion.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality designs, artworks, and layouts, adhering to existing design styles or guidelines.
  • Assist the creative officer by acting as a back up for brand related graphics requirements, store openings, partnerships, packaging designs and other brand related requirement.
  • Participate as a photographer and videographer in various shoots
  • Assist in the creative development of concepts for photoshoots
  • Co-manage with the creative officer the storage and maintenance of all media artworks, photos and videos.

II. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Knowledgeable in creative tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camera and mobile Photography/videography, Video editing, freehand drawing)
  • High technical knowledge in utilizing DSLR cameras and mobile phone photography/videography.
  • Experience in food photography and food styling is a plus
  • Knowledge in video content creation for social media purposes
  • Technology-savvy
  • With high communication skills (highly conscious in grammar)
  • Above-average skills in Microsoft platforms (Power point)
  • Experience in making social media contents for IG, FB, Tiktok.
  • Experience in preparing retail posters for campaigns and promotions.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years work experience as a Graphic Artist for static layout and for video production.
  • Experience in retail industry is preferred but not required
  • Willing to work onsite in Katipunan, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
