Job Description:

  • Understand project requirements and conceptualize creative ideas to convey messages visually.
  • Produce designs using tools like typography, color, illustrations, and photography.
  • Develop layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and other visual design elements.
  • Review designs for errors and make necessary corrections, as well as incorporate feedback from clients or team members.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, software updates, and new techniques to ensure current and fresh designs.
  • Work closely with the Creatives team, marketing teams, and Dev team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in design and messaging.
  • Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or other visual design tools.
  • Understand print processes and specifications to ensure the accurate production of designs.
  • Design and optimize graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to peers, managers, or clients, explaining the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations to be converted into video learning courses using Camtasia.
  • Provide technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
  • Maintaining working knowledge of technical problems, software issues, and computer
  • Security threats management and repair

Qualifications/Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field
  • Proven graphic designing experience, often represented through a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in essential design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate and present ideas.
  • Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS and WordPress knowledge can be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
