Salary Range: ₱100,000 – ₱200,000

About the role:

The Endpoint Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level endpoint and server security solutions. This role involves managing CrowdStrike for endpoints and Trend Micro for server workloads, ensuring optimal protection against emerging threats through scalable architecture, integration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Endpoint & Server Security Architecture

  2. Design and implement scalable and secure endpoint/server protection strategies.

  3. Deploy and manage CrowdStrike Falcon agents and Trend Micro Deep Security/Apex One for proactive threat prevention.

  4. Define and enforce anti-malware, IPS, integrity monitoring, and firewall policies.

  5. Platform Implementation & Management

  6. Manage sensor/agent deployment, configuration, and health monitoring.

  7. Perform policy tuning and optimization for performance and security compliance.

  8. Integrate endpoint protection tools with SIEM/SOAR platforms for centralized visibility and automated response.

  9. Threat Management & Incident Response

  10. Conduct threat hunting, forensic investigation, and root cause analysis of endpoint and server-based threats.

  11. Analyze logs, correlate security events, and support cyber incident response efforts.

  12. Provide continuous improvement recommendations for threat detection and prevention capabilities.

  13. Maintenance & Upgrades

  14. Oversee upgrades, patching, and maintenance of EDR platforms.

  15. Ensure policy compliance and platform health across environments (on-prem and cloud).

Skills:

CrowdStrike (Endpoints)

  • Design and implement endpoint security policies via Falcon console.
  • Manage deployment, monitoring, and policy optimization.
  • Perform threat hunting and RCA for endpoint incidents.
  • Integrate with SIEM/SOAR for alerting and automated response.

Trend Micro (Servers)

  • Architect and manage server protection with Deep Security / Apex One.
  • Configure and maintain IPS, firewall, and integrity monitoring policies.
  • Manage agent deployment across workloads (on-prem/cloud).
  • Ensure compliance, vulnerability shielding, and patch visibility.

Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon and Trend Micro Deep Security / Apex One.
  2. B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to a 24×7 operational environment.
  5. Willing to work onsite or hybrid in Taguig or Makati.
  6. Open to night shift or shifting schedules as required by business operations.
