Responsible for overseeing and guiding Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection works on high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with designs, standards, and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Supervise and provide advice on MEPF activities at the site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  2. Perform regular site inspections to track progress, detect issues early, and confirm conformity with engineering and design criteria.
  3. Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to facilitate on-time and quality project completion.
  4. Support the coordination of procurement and delivery of materials, verifying compliance with project requirements and standards.
  5. Identify potential risks and propose preventive measures to avoid delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
  6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, change orders, and quality control records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Engineer
  • Minimum of 5 years' related work experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising MEPF works for high rise building construction projects
