Manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial reports and reconciliations. Key responsibilities also involve preparing documents, handling invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. The role requires proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Core responsibilities

  • Financial recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, which may involve daily transaction recording and filing.
  • Accounts payable/receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage payments, prepare bills, and handle customer payments.
  • Financial reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and other reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Bank reconciliation: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Expense management: Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Compliance: Ensure financial transactions and processes comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Admin Tasks: Perform admin task in the office, assist operations and management, and other administrative tasks instructed by the officer in charge or supervisor. Negotiate with vendors, administer purchasing and payments.
  • Client Support and Assistance: Assist in preparation of client requirements, documents, etc. Provide services to clients such as securing permits, registration to BIR, LGU, SEC, DTI, other client related tasks in relation to finance, accountings, taxation, compliance.

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: No experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping. Fresh graduate.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge or Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Soft skills: Strong analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, organizational abilities, time management, and effective communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php15,500.00 per month
