Best Tools is hiring an Officer-in-Charge for our TAYTAY RIZAL branch

Position Summary:

The Officer-in-Charge will oversee all aspects of store operations, lead the team, and ensure that daily activities run smoothly. This role is key in providing excellent customer service while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to achieve high performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory to prevent stock issues.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strive to meet and exceed branch sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of Business Administration or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a supervisory or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and customer service standards.

Additional Requirement:

• Open to attending training in Manila.
