In this role, you'll craft and lead training programs that elevate agents' knowledge of the latest travel products, booking systems, sales strategies, and customer service best practices. You'll be a coach, a mentor, and a go-to expert, empowering agents to shine at every step of the customer journey.

What You'll Do:
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on booking tools, travel products, sales, and service excellence.
Conduct training needs assessments to pinpoint knowledge gaps and tailor solutions accordingly.
Develop compelling training content—manuals, videos, e-learning modules, and more.
Track and measure training effectiveness using feedback, KPIs, and performance analytics.
Offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to reinforce skills and encourage continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends to keep training content fresh, relevant, and innovative.
Partner with department heads to align training goals with business objectives.
Maintain detailed training records and share insights with leadership.
Launch new training initiatives to support product rollouts or address performance needs.
Facilitate group workshops, virtual training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with flair.

What You Bring:
Proven experience in training and development—ideally in the travel or hospitality sector.
Expertise in travel booking platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, ODY) and related technologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you inspire and engage every audience.
A knack for creating content that's clear, interactive, and tailored to different learning styles.
Strong organization and project management abilities.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital training tools.
A certification in training or development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field preferred.
Training in a Call Center/BPO for the Cruise industry is highly preferred.

Stable wired broadband (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) Note: Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection
Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).
Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
