KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor brand mentions
    across social media platforms, forums, blogs, and review sites using ORM tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Google Alerts).
  • Respond promptly and professionally
    to customer reviews, comments, and complaints on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Reviews.
  • Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams
    to resolve issues and align messaging.
  • Develop and implement ORM strategies
    to enhance the brand's online reputation and reduce negative sentiment.
  • Generate reports
    on sentiment analysis, engagement trends, and reputation metrics.
  • Escalate critical issues
    or PR crises to senior management with recommended action plans.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least Senior/High School Graduate or 2nd year in College
  • Experience in social media management
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in ORM and social listening tools
  • Crisis management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
