Senior Data Migration Business Process Consultant

Continental Global Business Services in Manila started in June 2012 as Veyance Technologies Inc. and was acquired by Continental AG in January 2015. On the same year, it legally changed the company name to Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc., which reflects its global presence as a full-fledged subsidiary of ContiTech Division in Continental AG.

GBS Manila is composed of five (5) main work streams, structured to make processes centralized, standardized, and in leveraged technology with the support of IT group, Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.

It provides end-to-end, front-to-back services; from customer service, order management, purchasing, invoice to payment, credit and collection, full finance activities, data management, and HR services including payroll, employee benefits and talent acquisition; all built to meet its customers needs.

Execute and responsible for the delivery of S4 Hana assigned work packages and project activities in support for scheduled roll out across ContiTech locations. He or she will be consider as the subject matter expert knowledgeable across ,master data processes such as vendor, customer, materials, BOMs, Routings, Inventory, etc and FICO activities. Ensures timely completion of deliverables with highest quality output and share inputs necessary to improve S4 Hana project

Master Data Profiling from Legacy systems to S4 which includes Harmonization, Governance, Migration

Communicate Internal and external team members to deliver Master data solutions in coordination with CKU.

Included in developing /processes that captures almost all the errors ahead of time before loading to S4

Responsibility covers 

• ContiTech Global Data Harmonization
• Data Migration
• Service Delivery which is not limited to SAP embedded solutions only.
• Responsible for  S4 Hana and projects delivery of assigned activities, ensure completeness, timely and accurate procesing of business partner, materias and other data objects  defined by project team.
• Responsible and support implementation of work packages assigned to the team such as business partner, material process harmonization, and tools implementation (e.g., WinShuttle) and other activities.
• Preparation of reports for updates in S4 Hana work packages and assist in the presentation to stakeholders.
• Support smooth transition of activities from ContiTech business unit locations to Local Operations especially those related to data clean-ups and master data processes migration.
• Support process migrations, and projects related to master data harmonization, cleansing, and standardization activities.
• Prepare/Update S4 Hana / master data work instructions and documentations.
• Resolve issues and escalations and assist other team members as required.
• Supports Data Gathering, Mapping, Data implementation up to Hypercare

Bachelor's degree with a major in business, computer science, finance, or engineering or equivalent work experience.

• 10 years work related experience in IT, SAP Master Data, Data Analytics

• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and databases preferably SAP

• Experience on being autonmous on handling workpackages supporting a project

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite; Advanced knowledge of Excel

• At least 7 years experience Projects related to MasterData Greenfield/Brownfield Implementation

• Expert knowledge in master data migration, data cleansing, and harmonization

•At least 7 Years being a SPOC of a Data Object

• Experience leading internal and external teams on work packages

• Experience with working with international teams

• Advanced customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
