Position Summary:

  • Help maintain certification to current and future Management Systems that the organization subscribes to

  • Help maintain conformity to applicable standards, regulatory and statutory requirements

  • Immediate closure of Management System-related actions

Key Responsibilities

  1. Management of Internal Audit programme:

  2. create Internal Audit plan

  3. facilitate training for Internal Auditors on applicable Management System Standard requirements.

  4. conduct Internal Audit

  5. release internal audit report

  6. issuance of CAR

  7. follow up of CAR.

  8. CAPA Management

  9. issuance of CAR to the area owner for the actions to be performed to document the response

  10. review and analyse the given RCCA and assess appropriateness of the given actions

  11. follow up due CARs to verify if the actions were implemented and effective to address the root cause and prevent its recurrence

  12. Report Generation for Management Review

  13. encoding of internal audit reports into excel database

  14. summarize report analysis using excel and and transfer to PowerPoint slides for presentation

  15. report CAR/PRS status to the management

  16. 3rd Party Audit - coordination and preparation for 3rd party audits

  17. guide 3rd party audit

  18. safekeep 3rd party audit report in the designated common folder

  19. summarize and monitor 3rd party audit findings - coordinate with area owners on the necessary response to the audit finding

  20. review and analyse the given RCCA and assess appropriateness of the given actions

  21. monitor completion of response and closure of the audit findings

  22. Customer audit/visit

  23. coordination and preparation for customer audit/visits

  24. provide Customer checklist response/inputs

  25. guide customer during the audit and assist in providing audit evidences

  26. encoding of audit findings to summarize and ease of analysis and monitoring

  27. safekeep customer audit report/findings in the designated common folder

  28. coordinate with area owners on the necessary response to the audit finding

  29. review and analyse the given RCCA and assess appropriateness of the given actions

  30. monitor completion of response and closure of the audit findings

  31. Cavite EHS Coordinator

  32. revision of the EASI & Impact and HIRA, as necessary

  33. regularly review the potential aspect and its impact in the environment in the conduct of internal audit

  34. regularly review the potential Occupational Health and Safety hazards in internal audit

  35. report potential hazards observed to the EHS team/area owner

Qualifications

Education : Graduate with the degree in Engineering or Science

Minimum Work Experience Required: 2 years, factory experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
