Asst. Mgr, Copywriter

Position Summary:

Responsible for creating compelling headlines, body copy, and other written content for digital and non-digital communications, including resort collateral. The role requires strong expertise in copywriting, storytelling, audience targeting, and messaging strategy to support overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and brand-aligned content across various channels and formats.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to create relevant and impactful copy.
• Participate in creative development, providing input to enhance communications.
• Proofread, edit, and ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Manage multiple copywriting projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain and evolve cohesive brand voice and style across communications.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 10+ years of copywriting experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Expertise in writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and messaging strategy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt writing style to brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changes and new skills.
