The QMS lead is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Quality Management System. Your primary goal is to ensure that our processes meet international standards (such as ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements while driving a culture of continuous improvement

  • System Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with [ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, etc.].
  • Audit Management: Lead internal audit programs and serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory or registrar audits.
  • Document Control: Oversee the document control system, ensuring all technical specifications, SOPs, and records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Process Improvement: Identify "bottlenecks" in current workflows and collaborate with department heads to streamline processes without compromising quality.
  • Reporting: Compile and present quality metrics (KPIs) to senior management during quarterly or annual Management Reviews.
