JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure the achievement of regional sales target by orienting, training, and guiding company partners (Gen Trade, Dealers and mini concept stores)
  • Communicates job expectations to ASMs by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing sales targets.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for ASM in support of national objectives.
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.
  • Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Acquire new sales partners for WADFOW GenTrade concept stores
  • Maintains and expands customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Get client orders and monitor concerns from gen trade partners

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 years experience in field equivalent
  • Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications and people management skills.
  • With professional driver's license and willing to be relocated.
  • Must be Amenable to work in/ willing to relocate in.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
