Your Role

As a Network Engineer, you will manage, optimize, and secure critical health and wellness networks. You will configure and maintain routers, switches, and VPNs; troubleshoot network issues; ensure compliance; and continuously improve infrastructure to support patient care and organizational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with network infrastructure
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • LANs, WANs, VPNs
  • TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS
  • Cybersecurity standards and firewall policies
  • Experience with centralized cloud administration (Meraki preferred)
  • Experience implementing new technologies
  • Knowledge of Linux systems and open-source solutions

Your Daily Impact

  • Perform system patching and vulnerability management
  • Document network architecture and dependencies
  • Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis
  • Triage and respond to Technology Operations incidents and service requests
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and system events
  • Maintain routers, switches, and other physical network hardware
  • Install, configure, and upgrade network equipment
  • Perform system maintenance, including log monitoring, backups, and configuration management
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, Data Loss Prevention, and Data Retention standards
  • Administer and enhance:
  • Cisco AnyConnect VPN Security
  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
  • Cisco Secure Internet Gateway (SIG)
  • Identify and implement opportunities for Zero-Trust security methodology
  • Ensure network infrastructure aligns with compliance and security requirements

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain 99.9% or higher uptime for all managed systems
  • Follow change management best practices and quality standards
  • Meet agreed service levels for incident response and resolution
  • Maintain accurate system documentation for projects, enhancements, and production changes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php180,000.00 per month
