Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Financial Analyst and another role as a support Admin to join our team on a part-time basis. These roles are essential to maintaining financial accuracy and operational reporting. Key responsibilities include tracking service delivery work by terminal, generating weekly payment receipts, and ensuring timely collection of signed confirmations from independent contractors and brokers — with all communications conducted via email.

This position requires attention to detail, expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas) and a strong ability to meet strict weekly deadlines. The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organized, and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule — while ensuring all tasks are completed by Saturday 12 pm (Eastern Standard Time) each week.

We are looking to hire 2-3 people to start during the week Sept 15 and week Sept 22.

Key Responsibilities

• Download daily driver reports from central Delivery app platform and format into workable sheets.
• Track and validate all service delivery work completed by each terminal weekly.
• Email weekly payment remittance to independent contractors and brokers.
• Follow up via email to collect signed payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized digital records of all payment-related data.
• Respond to contractor inquiries and resolve payment issues through email.
• Provide monthly financial reports for executive team.
• Support accounts payable with financial data entry and administrative tasks.
• Leverage Excel and internal systems to automate calculations and improve workflow efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Pivot tables
• Power Query
• Advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested IFs, dynamic ranges)
• Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Forms etc.).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Experience with electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, HelloSign).
• Previous experience in financial analysis, accounts payable, or a similar finance-related role.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and consistently meet all deliverables by Saturday 12 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Hours: 4–6 hours per day (Eastern Standard Time)
• Hourly Rate: Based on experience - (to be discussed during the interview process)
