Job Title: Driver

Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers, goods, or company materials to designated locations. This role ensures timely delivery, vehicle upkeep, and adherence to all traffic and company safety regulations. The ideal candidate is reliable, courteous, and possesses excellent driving and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers, materials, or products as assigned.
  • Ensure all trips are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, oil, brakes, tires).
  • Keep vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and delivery receipts.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules while complying with traffic laws and regulations.
  • Report any mechanical issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of items when necessary.
  • Uphold company image through courteous and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid professional driver's license (e.g., Non-Pro/Professional, depending on vehicle type).
  • Proven driving experience 5 years of experience.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Familiarity with local routes and basic navigation tools.
  • Physically fit to lift or assist with cargo if required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious.

Working Conditions:

  • May require early morning, late evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
  • Work may involve local or long-distance travel.
  • Exposure to varying weather and traffic conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
