
Accounting Assistant

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
- At least 2-3 years experience in the area of accounting
- With previous experience in construction is a plus but not required
Accounting Assistant is responsible for preparing, tracking financial transactions. Assist and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: monthly and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information into internal databases
- Prepare accurate and file on time all government statutory reports and returns
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement, payment, petty cash (check request, filling of accounting documents, processing payments)
- Prepare bank deposits
- In charge of scheduling client's bills to be paid on time.
- Assist with general administrative activities
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
